However, I was so moved in tears, I saw November 4, 2008 Obama won the election and gave his speech. I realize this is the greatest moment in American history ever end I’m witnessing it. Regardless if you are Republican, Democrat, independent or something else, I want to invite everyone just like President-elect Obama, and Senator John McCain said on November 4 on their concluding speeches of the election, our country is moving in a new direction. We can help shape the direction.
I am creating a new series of paintings inspired by what I have seen in witness from the election. I am inviting all artists to share their work here on this blog, get your artwork notified, sold. as artists the greatest struggle is to get notification and sell your work, so hopefully this is notification for everyone.
I hope someday my path leads me to an elected office. I’m proud of this election because first I am a white man, and second because of my disability I understand the discrimination and the struggle that has led up to this point in history carried by this president.

My name is Robert Florio, no doubt you have guest. Ha ha.

I’m starting this blog page to collect my thoughts and share my experiences with you, I guess that’s what these things are for.
First things first.
I have just graduated from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh, online division. I have my bachelor’s degree in game art and design. It has been very difficult to get a job coming out of college, and I don’t know if it’s because of my disability, but I seriously doubt it. I would like to blog about the game design industry and the horrible, accessibility issues the industry refuses to acknowledge.
Imagine if you will, not be able to use your hands, one of your relatives, sons and daughters cannot play these amazing games anymore and it could possibly be something that will allow them to enjoy life again. That’s how it started for me.
